A day in the life of… our Quality Assurance Analyst

29 April 2021 in Company

Name
Sushma Mishra

Job title
Quality Assurance Analyst

Before work, I like to… be a social animal, which for me means connecting with friends or family before the day starts. I have a lot of positivity and optimism, which comes from self-belief and, most importantly, from surrounding myself with ‘my people’.

My role at Healthily is all about… verifying the quality of our products. I apply the technical knowledge I’ve gathered over the years to test features before they’re released to users. This involves collaborating in a respectful way with various teams to resolve my findings and questions. I also feel it’s important to support my other team members and create a good work atmosphere.

I wanted to work for Healthily because… I love the product. I’m amazed that, one day, a billion people will be able to use Healthily for self-care with so much ease, just by accessing their phones.

One thing I’ve learnt about self-care since working here is... most of us can transform our lives by focusing on self-care – we may not always need a medical professional.

My favourite moment at Healthily so far is... being involved in not 1 or 2, but many amazing app releases in such a short space of time.

The self-care practice I love to do is… eat healthily and think positively.

My lockdown survival tip is… spend time with your people (safely) – whether that’s over video or exercising in the park.

After work, I like to… take a break, sit down and do nothing for a short while.

If I wasn't a Quality Assurance Analyst, I’d be a… teacher.
