You’ve already met some of the team here at Healthily HQ.
In a new series, we talk to some of our partners, so you can get to know them too.
This week, we’ve been talking to Hussle, a company that’s helping more people get active, wherever they are.
Hey, team Hussle! In 6 words, what do you do?
“Hussle help people fit fitness in.”
Amazing. Because at Healthily, we help you look after you.
I know, right? Like it was meant to be.
So, for our readers, how do you help people fit in fitness?
Our passes get you into thousands of gyms, whenever you want. Including some lovely ones with pools and spas. It’s not just gyms. Some of our passes include on-demand classes, programmes, tracking and guidance. Plus you can stop and start when you like.
Getting to the deep stuff now. How do your values match ours at Healthily?
Health is about feeling good. We want to make that easier for everyone.
And what does self-care mean to you?
Life can be pretty demanding, so it’s important to take care of yourself. That means staying well, keeping fit and feeling good. It’s an investment in yourself so you can be and feel your best.
Why do you think it’s hard to take care of ourselves sometimes?
Time. We know people want to do things that make them feel good and improve their health. But life is busy. It’s hard to fit it in.
What’s your favourite self-care tip?
Make it simple. You can stroll round the park. Or do a 15-minute online class. Making time for movement every day is great for body and mind, so don’t think you have to do what someone else is doing. What works, is what works for you.
What’s the most exciting thing for you about working with Healthily?
We’re here for everyday folk just looking to make health easier. Working with a company that’s on the same page is great, because we can make a bigger difference together.
Absolutely. Anything we haven’t covered?
Health and fitness really is for everybody and we’re here to help more people love fitness and love life.
Couldn’t have put it better. Thank you so much to our friends at Hussle.
