When you’re trying your best to eat healthily, filling your freezer with tasty and nutritious foods can make it a whole lot easier.
And did you know that almost all foods can be safely frozen right up until their ‘use by’ date - and this includes eggs and cheese?
To freeze eggs, crack raw eggs into a plastic container and beat them before freezing, or peel and freeze boiled eggs.
You can freeze most cheeses (except soft cheeses – freezing changes their texture).
Just make sure you put all food in an airtight container or freezer bags before freezing, and defrost them in the fridge once you’re ready to use them.
