How do you breathe like a lion?
Sit comfortably and inhale deeply through your nose. Before you exhale, open your mouth fully and stick out your tongue as far as you can. To channel your inner lion, engage your stomach muscles and push out your breath with a fast and forceful exhalation. Relax and repeat several times.
