You may feel like there aren't enough hours in the day to take care of yourself, or practise self-care.
Self-care guidance usually tells you to eat well, sleep better, exercise regularly and do what you need to do to support your mental wellbeing.
But are you actually doing these things? And if so, are you doing them properly and do you really understand why they matter?
To mark Self-care Week in the UK, we’re setting out to help you understand the true value of self-care and how to make it work for you.
Ask yourself the following questions:
