How to use Your.MD Thyroid Checker safely

Your health is important to us, so before you start we need to make sure you understand how the service can help you.

Our Thyroid Checker can provide useful health information that is calculated by an artificially intelligent chat bot, based on the limited inputs provided.

While our chat bot strives to give you the best possible information about the likelihood of hypothyroidism and/or hyperthyroidism it cannot consider all factors that your doctor can, and is not able to identify all conditions or symptoms. The likelihood of having a hypothyroidism and/or hyperthyroidism does not mean that you have/do not have any of these conditions or that you do not have any other worrying conditions our chat bot did not manage to calculate due to the limited information it uses for the calculation. We may not always understand information you give us.

Always visit a doctor if you are in doubt, or if your symptoms get worse or don’t improve. If your situation is serious, always call the emergency services.

Your.MD is not liable for any of your decisions, acts or omissions you make.

Your.MD Thyroid Checker cannot be used for information about babies, children aged 15 and under, pregnant women, people on immunosuppressive treatment and people with long term conditions.
