Postherpetic neuralgia

Postherpetic neuralgia is a nerve pain that occurs at the site of a previous attack of a condition called shingles.

Symptoms of this condition may include:

  • Feeling of your skin burning
  • Itchy skin
  • Numbness or tingling on one side of body
  • Extreme pain on touching
  • Numbness or tingling on chest or back
